Who Is Donna4film
Donna D. Davis aka Donna4film was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Real Estate was the family business and occupied the majority of her adult working life. As a child, she spent her time outside of school in three places; the family office, church, or playing basketball in NYC. These are the pillars that built her foundation; hard work, gratitude, and the determination to reach her goals.
Donna graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Film and her Master’s in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. Donna has worked with commercial, film, and television production teams in the United States and abroad. She has worked on projects for Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, NBC Universal, Lexus, NBA, NFL, Google, the Food Network, and Guy Fieri just to name a few. Donna took a break from the industry for two years to follow her passion and taught digital filmmaking and video production at a technical college. That experience led to the development of her non-profit Humble Vizionaries 4 Change, a foundation aimed to guide underprivileged youth to entrepreneurship in film, music, and culinary arts.
Donna was born a filmmaker and humanitarian. Although she was not able to follow her passion until later in life, this proved to be her advantage. Donna is an award-winning author and filmmaker with worldwide acclaim including placement in Cannes and Berlin Film Festivals. A lover of art, music, film, and fashion; she is a unique urban artist with a raw and edgy writing style. As an independent creative in several digital mediums, her works are self-defining.
